Overall thin-walled parts shot blasting straightening: rocket aluminum-lithium alloy tank wall plate flexible straightening
Laser shot peening forming technology can be applied to the flexible straightening of large, integral, thin-walled parts. Taking the CZ-4 von Kármán fairing butt joint long rib (3.6m long) as an example, it has long relied on manual experience for manual forming, which is inefficient and time-consuming. By adopting laser shot peening forming, only 3 hours are required for a single piece, and the efficiency is more than 5 times higher than that of manual forming. In addition, this technology is also used for the straightening of various parts such as the large aluminum-lithium alloy tank wall板 (3m×2m) of the CZ-6 rocket, and the problem of local damage and cracking easily caused by manual straightening is solved. Compared with manual straightening, the efficiency can be increased by 5 times, and laser shot peening straightening enriches the forming manufacturing means of aerospace thin-walled components, providing important technical support for the smooth research and delivery of aerospace products.
